We have been using Tantify for virtual staging for a few years now for our real estate listings. While we love the product, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement for the client experience. They have constantly been changing their pricing models. This makes budgeting difficult and prices are inconsistent. We always pay for the "Pro" package which ensures 24hr turnaround, but I have had multiple occasions where there was over a 72hr turnaround. This is difficult in the NY real estate market because we want to present our listings in the best light with virtual staging, but don't usually have more than 1 or two days to lose when we wait for completed staging images. Would love for the client portal to be fleshed out more to include all past drafts (right now you can only see your past 3 projects). Would also love the option to create a team with multiple users on the same account. Overall, their client portal and ordering system/payment structure aren't the best, but the end product is really great which is why we continue to use Tantify.
