During these lessons, I learned through yoga, breathing exercises, and non-verbal communication to get out of my head and to live/see/listen more from my heart.The practical lessons and the philosophy underlying them taught me to overcome negative emotions and experiences. To transform these and thus allow love into love for myself, and thus to do a great favor to my partner, girlfriend, or boyfriend, and even the whole world.For me, this training is THE Path to connection with yourself and the universe. You are already one, we can't believe it ourselves. We are so busy surviving that we can no longer feel the joy of life and forget to enjoy the way nature created us.
