I dealt with a gentleman called Luca who was very kind to start off the process but then it got into all the fees and charges. He fully explained what we were paying as I was unsure and then explained Tap & Gos pricing. He made me much more comfortable going into a contract agreement with Tap & Go.

He explained everything very thoroughly and spoke about the different options, he ended up saving me money on my fees and was so polite and patient with me. Customer service at its best, for someone who deals with many telecommunications, unfortunately you have a fare share of terrible experiences but Marc really was brilliant to deal with so Thankyou very much.
