I started the trial with Tapfiliate, then got charged with the first monthly fee. I decided not to use the platform, but then forgot to cancel, and then when I got my second charge, I contacted them and asked them to refund the 2nd charge.They declined, saying that since it has been more than 2 weeks after my FIRST CHARGE, they wont refund any charges... But, they said in the email that they have paused my subscription. I also cancelled it on the platform, but it does not get cancelled automatically, just says somebody will be in contact regarding the cancellation.But now, a month later, I got charged AGAIN. I logged in and I had to request cancellation AGAIN....This is outrageous, such a shady way to operate a company
