I previously had a disappointing experience working with Tapin.gg regarding a delayed payment for completed work.

- I was offered payment for producing a promotional video in collaboration with a YouTube creator with over 500,000 subscribers.
- The work was completed and delivered as agreed.

However, the payment was delayed for close to a month, despite the platform advertising automatic weekly payouts. During this time, communication felt slow and, from my perspective, not very helpful, which made the situation frustrating.

To be fair, I did eventually receive the payment I was owed. After receiving it, I removed my original review.

That said, I still believe it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions:

- Consider having clear, enforceable terms in place before delivering work.
- Do not rely solely on advertised payout timelines.

In addition, based on my personal experience, the platform’s worker management and quality control could potentially be improved. It sometimes felt like the focus was on maintaining a large pool of available workers rather than ensuring consistent quality.

I also noticed that the individuals involved in handling my payment, despite the delay, appeared to remain in the same roles. From my perspective, this gave the impression that accountability in situations like this could be improved.

While Tapin.gg did ultimately complete the payment, the overall experience raised concerns for me regarding reliability, communication, and processes. I would encourage others to take precautions and ensure they are comfortable with the terms before proceeding.

I hope the platform continues to improve going forward.
