Very disappointing experience with Tapin.gg as a seller.
The biggest issue is that my $150+ payout has still not been paid even after more than a month. This is money I already earned from a completed order. I contacted support multiple times asking about the payout, but I either received no response or was told they are “not sure when the payment will be made.”
What makes this even worse is that this problem is not only happening to me. The same thing has happened to some of my friends who also sell on this platform. They have also faced delayed or unpaid payouts, which makes it feel like sellers’ earnings are being withheld.
Support only seems to respond when a customer places an order and they need something from the seller. But when sellers ask about their own payments or issues, the messages are often ignored.
Because of this experience, I feel like my earnings have been withheld, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. In total, more than $100+ of my earnings have been affected. I have now decided to stop selling on this platform.
If you are a seller, be careful. Based on my experience and my friends’ experiences, I cannot recommend Tapin.gg. If my review is deleted, I will create 50 to 100 accounts and leave bad reviews on this site, especially for the idiots working here, particularly Almighty.
