Unfortunately, shortly after I switched internet providers, my front camera wouldn't reset because the "Theft" option was enabled (I couldn't remove it because the camera had no internet). I tried for over an hour, and then decided to call Tapo, where I was assisted by Patrick. He offered an efficient, excellent, and fast service, which was the best thing for me, as I have ADHD and was mentally exhausted from trying to solve myself. He was exceptional solving the problem in less then 5min. I hope there are more "PATRICKS" in the company for make huge difference! Thank you, Patrick.
