Delivery quick, product didn’t work try ringing helpline no joy, email no response, eventually got through with telephone call to be told exactly procedure as online, still waiting waiting to use product.
I bought the omni system last year and have used it almost daily alongside the darts counter. The experience has been incredibly enjoyable, and I’ve recently acquired the virt camera, which I haven't set up yet but am excited to use for competing against others with similar skill levels. The delivery and range have been excellent.
Ordering from the platform was straightforward, but then I encountered an issue: the darts didn’t arrive! They seemed to be lost in transit. I contacted the support team, and they responded within about 15 seconds, showing politeness and understanding. They assured me they would coordinate with the delivery service to arrange replacements while sorting out the original shipment. The replacement darts arrived just in time for Christmas. Truly exceptional customer service from the representative! A true asset to the company, and this is what keeps customers returning.
Large order delivered promptly! One item was missing (likely due to the delivery service), but I contacted the support team, and they shipped the item again immediately, which is impressive. I wish all customer care was as good as this! Thank you, everyone… Superb all around!
