Update: Tarps Plus reached out to me regarding the faded/defected tarp. They were very transparent in that they received a faulty batch from a new vendor. They replaced my defected tarp at no charge. Thank you Tarps Plus for making me a happy customer! It was suggested by taps plus that if you have a 12x20 shelter you should buy a 14x20. I ordered one in Red to match my red barn and motif. It was too big so I contacted them to exchange it. They told me I would have to pay for return shipping as well as a restock fee. Instead I had my son in law bring one side down almost 24” by investing almost another $100 in wood, brackets tie downs and rope. I got the tarp put up on December 18th. Less than a month later (today is January 9th) the tarp is faded out badly, almost yellow looking, on the edges and a big portion in the center. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with this company. For almost $70 this should have been a lovely tarp that had lasting beauty! I took pictures but I don’t see a way to post them.
