As a small business owner, I was looking to expand into the European market. T&S initially seemed like a good fit, but the experience has been a nightmare.I am now in the process of taking legal action against them for poor performance and breach of contract. Despite paying €2,000 for a three-month contract, they have even sent a debt collection agency after me, creating unnecessary stress.Key Issues:It took them over 3 weeks to deliver an initial roadmap, which looked like it had been generated in ChatGPT. I had to chase repeatedly, and when I raised concerns about the lack of depth, I was dismissed. There was no proper structure, no kick-off call, and no real onboarding.The “roadmap” was handed over with the explanation that it was up to me to execute and then come back with questions. As a paying client, I expected their expertise and guidance—not to be told it was my responsibility to ask questions about things I don’t know.After 6 weeks of non-delivery, I requested to cancel the collaboration, as I was getting zero value for the €2,000 I was paying.Despite this, they continued attempting to collect payments even after I had explicitly stated I wanted to cancel due to non-performance. Email response slowed down and I was told to pay extra money for a Google Ads done for you.Like other 1-star reviews mention, their “done-with-you” contract essentially means: we give you a shallow roadmap and the rest is on you. There was no proactive support, no real follow-up, and no accountability.I am now being chased by a German debt collection agency for payments I was never even notified about. T&S has failed to clarify what this alleged debt relates to, and I am pursuing legal action for breach of contract.If you are a small business, I strongly warn you against working with this company. It has caused me far more stress than benefit.
