Never knew I supposedly "subscribed". They took £35 in May 2025 which I didn't notice. Then "renewed" the subscription I never consented to and tried to take £35 in June. I am quite sure I never gave Tasty Troves any bank details. So I am sure they piggy-backed my "consent" onto another but different internet transaction. In my opinion this is fraud and I have reported it to Barclays. The payment was authorised by Facial Id - I certainly didn't realise this at the time and I was falsely confident that payments couldn't be authorised without you being made aware of what is happening. So be very careful if you have payment cards in your iPhone Wallet - they can be used to authorise payments on line with minimal active consent from you.Update - Barclaycard accept that this company acts fraudulently. I have had a refund of the May £35 "subscription" and Tastytroves declined to try ands take the June £35 payment. They have accepted the cancellation of my subscription with some fantasy-based nonsense about how I agreed to the subscription process and went through a 2-stage payment verification. That is total nonsense and, if true, why have they withdrawn their payment request. Their business model is fraudulent- SPREAD THE WORD - THEY ARE CROOKS
