I ordered a resin birthday card and was promised delivery by the 24th/25th for a birthday on the 28th. They didn’t even ship it until the 25th and then blamed the courier. When it finally arrived (late), the product was very disappointing it wasn’t resin at all, just a basic photo frame, and the frame itself was damaged from the back with dents, peeling, and discoloration. The overall quality was far below expectations.
Customer service was also poor. After I made full payment, they stopped responding to my messages. I regret paying in advance. The design I finalized and what was delivered was also different.
I made separate payment for a premium box but was sent a significantly different substandard box.
There are many other vendors offering better quality and pricing. Very disappointed with the experience.
I do not recommend.
