Policybazar's service was extremely disappointing. They facilitated my application with Tata AIA, I paid the premium, and then my application was rejected. Now, Policybazar refuses to assist in getting my refund, claiming it's not their problem. I feel they have a responsibility to support customers throughout the process, including refunds. I would not recommend using Policybazar
