I ordered this pen after seeing a Instagram ad. I clicked on their homepage and it said that it was made in the US and that it ships from the US. I checked my tracking and saw it was coming from China. This is false advertising. I contacted them about this and they said that their FAQ page says they have warehouses all over the world. I again mentioned what shows on their homepage and they wouldn’t address that. It makes no sense that they would consider shipping from China to be closer to me than shipping from the US if they do in fact have warehouses all over the world. I think this company is a total scam. If it’s a product from China then their website should clearly say that it’s a product from China. People can then decide if they want to order a cheap pen that comes from China. As soon as I received it, I opened up a case with PayPal and got refunded.
