When it finally arrived, after about five weeks, the pen was reasonable for about three weeks. Then it became like a leaky Texta . I would be better off using a permanent marker (a sharpie!) to draw eyebrows. What a waste of time & money. Will not buy again or deal with company again. Hopeless customer service. Product from China, and their marketing is false and misleading and makes you think it is from the US.RUBBISH
