This company has left my neighbour without heating or hot water for weeks. The driver reversed down the lane last Thursday then when another neighbour showed them where the tank was he just got back in his truck and drove off. He clearly could not be bothered which is shocking in this weather. You’d think that Tate Oil would do everything in their power to apologise and make sure oil was delivered as quickly as possible after that …..absolutely not. She is still without oil!!!! She has now cancelled and ordered from elsewhere and is still waiting on a refund! Absolutely disgusted with this company, I will make sure we never use them nor anyone else on the lane!
