I never had an issue with Tatti until now. Products and courses have always been great but unfortunately the customer service team need to be retrained ASAP. After an issue with their chosen courier (Evri) I have been waiting a week for an order to re delivered. Have contacted Sian at Tatti on numerous occasions and only received a response once I had copied in my local trading standards office. Due to the delay on their end I had to reorder from another supplier (to which I let them know beforehand). Unfortunately still no order and have asked for a refund on 3 occasions. Sian has offered a refund on the shipping and nothing more. I am disgusted and will not be using them for any of my business orders in the future.
