Order has gone ‘missing’ with Evri. Getting nothing from Tatti Lashes’s other than standard responses about it being investigated. I ordered my items on 2nd Feb and needed them for 6th. Ordered with next day delivery. Now not going to get them in time meaning I need to find an alternative and am out of pocket for the items ‘lost’ at the moment. I run a business and if this happens I send a replacement order via a different service to get to my valued customers asap and seek recompense from the courier at fault. I also don’t send emails addressing my customers purely by their surname. Totally impersonal attitude
