I have been a loyal customer for about 15 years. I had my first delivery issue with my order on Dec 2025. I cannot blame Tatti as I feel like it was all FedEx fault for loosing my package. All I want to say is that Tatti made it right on their end and sent me a new package and I received it within days. They were extremely responsive with all my emails and always made me feel like I was being heard and taken care of. Thank you Tatti Lashes and your customer service team you ALL are amazing!
