I have purchased Tatti lashes for nearly ten years in bulk orders every two months but after the customer service following this order, I would 100% not use the company again.I paid £10 for delivery for my order to be sent on Saturday as it was urgently needed. The order arrived and was held opened and covered with dirty cello tape. I sent the team pictures and Sian responded advising she would send out a replacement next day. I responded straight away confirming I was happy with this. However, the order was never sent.I chased this up and was advised I would need to pay to return the order myself before they would replace the order. I advised I was happy to return but would like a postage pack and postage label sending, as I would not be paying to return a damaged order - this is the sellers responsibility. I further advised I would now like to return for a refund as Sian had not re-sent the order as she advised she would.Sian then proceeded to send another order out (without advising me first) which arrived Tuesday. The order arrived with a hole in the box exposing the eyelashes, completely unhygienic. I contacted the team again asking why this had been issued when I asked for a refund and was again told I needed to return my order and pay for this myself to be refunded and that they would not provided any postage materials/code. It is Thursday and I still don’t have a resolution. I dealt with Sian and Hannah and they neither seemed remotely apologetic for the order being delivered damaged and continued to make the process as inconvenient as possible. For a company that is supposed to be selling premium lashes, the customer service is awful
