Ordered 3 tubes of cream been nearly 2 weeks and they still haven’t dispatched my order. Iv emailed the company numerous times asking for a rough date on when I will receive my order as I have a tattoo booked and there delivery times state 16-21 days but they won’t reply with a answer to my question. I did have an email of them about a week ago with an apology and a little discount for my next order which I will not be using after the service iv received this Time. The emailed said they was having problems with there suppliers amd something about stock issues but this didn’t stop them taking my money! And now they won’t even respond to me to clarify when I am likely to receive what I have already paid for! I would rather get a refund at this rate and order from some other company ie dr numb or third party company like Amazon at least I know I can trust them.
