The worst rental experience I’ve had in the past 10 years.The initial process was smooth - they arranged the apartment visit and sent the invoices quickly. But the technical support was terrible. We lived in the apartment for six months, and for four of those months, we had issues with hot water. Despite multiple calls and registering the issue in their system, nothing was fixed.I will never rent from this company again.
