There's a reason they have so many bad reviews.I wish I could give negative stars because that's what they truly deserve. I rented an apartment in Aarhus C, and although the legal move-out date was 15/2, they requested we move out by 13/2 during the move-out report meeting. After that, they vanished. It's impossible to get hold of them or find out how much they will charge or if the deposit will be returned.It appears they spend most of their time and resources covering up their sloppiness rather than doing actual work.It's embarrassing that they call themselves a property management business.EDIT: the lease was under another person's name, but I lived in the apartment. Regardless, the deposit should have been returned or some information should have been provided. Again, sure quick at managing complaints, but unable to manage the proper work.
