I won't lie when I first moved in till last month it was so frustrating getting in contact with anyone from the administration to the caretaker for small to big matters, where I would get ignored or not have any action at all. From trash, building issues, heating issues, cleaning, constand caretaker changes and people responsible for the building changes etc. But I can see an improvement in that which I am happy about. It has gotten easier to get in contact with them through the lejerinformation site. It is so nice to know when a matter is on hold or if it is registered at all. Also administration has been extremely helpful and kind and reachable by phone. I hope they will keep up improving and respecting the tenants and that this review will be taken by heart.
