I raised these concerns in good faith, but instead of addressing them or inspecting the site, the company dismissed my issues, questioned the validity of my photos, and withdrew the guarantee without inspecting the trees. The handling of this situation raises significant concerns about misrepresentation and customer service practices. I intend to report this matter to the relevant authorities. Based on my experience, I feel misled and would not use this service again or recommend it to others.
