I ordered trees from this service that were advertised as over 7ft tall. Upon delivery, many were significantly shorter, closer to around 5ft, failing to meet the description provided at the time of purchase. Within two weeks of planting, several trees started to turn brown and deteriorate, despite proper planting and care. I raised these issues promptly and in good faith. Instead of addressing my concerns constructively or conducting a reasonable site inspection (which I offered), the company dismissed my worries, made baseless claims about the validity of my photographic evidence, and retracted the guarantee without any physical evaluation of the trees. In my view, the way this situation has been managed raises serious doubts about misrepresentation and after-sales practices. Consequently, I plan to report this matter to the relevant authorities for investigation. Based on my experience, I feel deceived and would not choose this service again nor recommend it to others.
