I had a Federal Tax Liability of $143,148 from 2013, 2014 & 2015. I owed this from self-employment tax along with early 401k disbursements and didn't know where to turn. I buried my head in the sand and didn't respond to the IRS. The IRS threatened Judgements on my real property and bank levies. They restricted my Passport and I felt helpless.
