I’ve had a horrible experience with this service. My forms have been in pending status for over 10 months. When I contacted support, the representative simply said there were “issues with the Social Security department.” There was no pop-up warning, no notification, and nothing in the software indicating this problem.Very poor communication and zero transparency. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a filing service. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here.
