I have been trying to log on to their site for 3 days to retrieve a 1099 from a previous employer. It keeps making me do a 2 factor identification.. which is fine if I could get the code before it times out... it is like a non-ending circle of hell. I have reached out twice to see if I can get it emailed or mailed USPS but of course not response. I ALSO do not appreciate being forced to sign up for a site I have NO INTENTION of ever using again!!
