Honestly the shadiest company from the get go. Charged way above other companies fees to file taxes. I tried to inquire about expat taxes for another country, was asked the same questions over and over then had to keep on reminding my agent to actually do them or give updates. Turns out the fee for that one was even more outrageous. They never provided me documents and deleted all information from my account so it is now inaccessible. I'm filing my own taxes this year to avoid the headache and I now discovered they filed them under the incorrect address and nobody is able to give me access to the documents, only submit requests for copies. They assign you an agent half way around the world, so there's really no way to get in contact with them as the phone numbers are different and the hours don't align. Don't bother trying to phone in to your country's office - the numbers are literally all out of service. This place is honestly one of the most sketchy, unhelpful, and stress-inducing companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Every time I think of it, I get a pit in my stomach and an uneasy *SCAM ALERT* feeling. My friends and family literally remember how insane the process of doing my taxes with this place was last year and asked if I found something better this year. If you are considering this website - RUN THE OTHER WAY!! Google will give you 100s of more reputable companies that will give you access to free filing options and won't hide your information from you and screw up your sanding with your revenue agency.
