I initially approached Taxback to get an estimate, which I thought would be straight forward enough. Fill out the questionnaire and some details. I then got asked for documents, which I supplied. Weeks and weeks of waiting, shocking service from customer support as I was locked out of my taxback tracker (still haven't been given access) and no estimate. Then last night suddenly I got an email saying application complete and what I thought was an estimate, but no they submitted to Revenue and completed the refund. All I ever wanted was an estimate!! just to see if I could get a little bit more. Not an enjoyable service, no clarity, no real help, poor timing, poor communication and no ability from my side to see to agree to anything. I won't complain about their fees as that's business, but overall, I was VERY disappointed.. Also, I never do reviews, this is my first one ever, so that should paint a picture of the service I received.
