Wouldn’t even give them a star if that was a choice. I started an application, they hadn’t even received my T4 certificate from Canada yet. My “tracker” said I owe a fee, so they advised via live chat I owe the CRA money plus a fee to them - not sure how they know I would owe money if they didn’t ask any further questions nor did they receive the correct documents? They also state you will receive a free estimate before anything is proceeded with, which I never received. After I protested this, they updated the “tracker” (backdated it!!) to show there was money owing!!! They ask you to sign paperwork with them signing them as your attorney up front, in the first stages of signing up - don’t be stupid like me and do this! They will not take your personal situation into account at all and do nothing to charge a huge fee.ABSOLUTE SCAM!
