Having completed our first year with this service, I’m excited for the upcoming tax season, especially with how well everything is organized. The option to communicate with clients via text or email directly from the platform, linked to their profiles, is a fantastic feature. I also appreciate the ability to print documents directly from another software to this service. The only improvement I would suggest is to enhance the flexibility of the screen layout, as the numerous mandatory tabs and bars can sometimes obstruct the view of the actual documents.
