I have 2 contracts with Tax Help USA. April 2023 the first contract, which till today has not been fulfilled.The second contract From June 2023 , which was a fraudulent charge. They falsely claimed I had a $100,000 tax liability. Contract one was in the amount of $3299 and contract two was in the amount of $8996.They have repeatedly failed in transparency, failed in responses to my inquiries, lack of communication, and unwillingness to resolve these issues. Treated rudely with customer service. Lack of providing their fee structure and to top it off, they now tell me Tax Help USA is under new ownership, I have never been provided with any notification as to such. I believe I have been scammed , my recourse will be dealt with BBB, FTC and the superior court of Orange county.
