Had Tax Quotes complete my filing for 3 years (2020-2022). Ultimately, I owed about 55k in taxes. I paid the IRS and thought all was well. Weeks later, I received a bill from the IRS stating I owed an additional 15k. I called Tax Quotes; they stated this was between myself and the IRS and I should call the IRS. Begrudgingly I paid the bill. Today 6/30/25, I received yet another bill from the IRS, 11k for year 2021 (which was revised by Tax Quotes). I can’t understand how a company can prepare my taxes, collect their fees from me, and then I continue to get bills from the IRS. I’ve never felt so screwed by a company or the IRS.
