Tried three other tax deed/ lien companies but their 3 day course were always 10k plus and good luck confirming dates. These guys were on top of it always checking in to see when my mom and I could attend. Once we attended the training, we signed up for their platinum package and have had many great coaching sessions and learned a lot. Then we went to the buying tour where they walked us through everything for live auctions and flips. Dana, Dustin and Greg are wealths of knowledge and would sit and talk with you for hours answering every question you could have if time allowed. Definitely worth the price I’ve learned more about real-estate and investment properties in about 2 months than I’ve been able to read online over 5 years. Like anything you get that you put into it. If you only sit there and barely listen and don't ask questions you won’t learn or advance.
