Aubrey G. (Software Advisor) was knowledgeable and was able to communicate exceptionally well to me when I was looking for a tax software to purchase as I start my own business. A lot of things to consider at this time, but Aubrey's call sealed the deal on this one.I had tried the desktop version which was just awful and I was intending to go to TaxAct Professional which was a bit cheaper. (I was also trained on that in school.) The call from her got me to try the online version, she advised me on getting my EFIN quickly, and she was just so knowledgeable. Havent bought it yet, but I will before next TS25! Web version for sure.
