There were also several oversights, including an incomplete statement that I had to point out. Updates were frequently unclear, causing unnecessary stress throughout the process. Given the complexity of the transaction, I expected more proactive guidance and clearer communication. While I'm relieved the purchase is complete, the experience was more difficult than necessary, and I cannot recommend this company based on it.
