I ordered from Tayyib Skincare expecting halal-certified, small-batch skincare products as advertised on their website — specifically their Halal Tallow Balm and Halal Sun Tallow clearly labeled with their brand and halal ingredients. What I received instead was shocking: • A generic sunscreen from a brand called EELHOE, with no halal certification or clear SPF testing. • A tallow balm from an entirely different brand called Terra Lotus, also not labeled halal and shipped without any connection to the Tayyib brand.Even worse, both products were shipped together from China, not from a U.S.-based halal skincare company as the website claims. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity, safety, and origin of what I received. This feels like a dropshipping scam using false Islamic branding to deceive customers. There was no explanation, no brand labeling from Tayyib, and no halal certification on the actual items. I’ve tried contacting the company and received no helpful response. This is false advertising and completely unethical, especially when selling products to Muslim customers who rely on halal standards. I’ve filed a dispute with my payment provider and strongly warn others to avoid this store unless you want to receive cheap substitutes instead of what you paid for.
