Disappointed with Customer Service and Delivery ProcessI’ve been a loyal customer of Trained by JP Clothing in the past, but this recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. I placed an order and paid for delivery, only to find out that the product was never actually delivered to my address. No delivery attempt was made, and no card or notification was left by the courier. The item was apparently returned to sender after only 9 days at the post office—without any proper attempt to notify me.When I contacted customer service, I received a response that felt dismissive and unacceptable. I shouldn’t be penalised or charged again due to a failure on the delivery company’s part. Especially frustrating is the fact that someone is always home at our address, so I strongly suspect that the item may have been mistakenly delivered to a nearby street, which has happened to us before.Despite explaining all this, I was told the best they could do was refund me my money minus a £19.70 cost for them being returned the parcel. I simply wanted the items I paid for, to be delivered to the correct address, without additional costs.I hope Trained by JP Clothing takes accountability and improves their handling of delivery issues in the future. But I certainly won’t be using them ever again. After reading the other reviews on Trustpilot I think there is obviously issues with delivery company they use and how they deal with valid customer complaints. Would give Zero stars if I could, I’m out of pocket by £19.70 through no fault of my own.
