In January to April of this year 2021 my heating was not working, I had reported it to Hyde housing association, my landlord. The work started by T Brown in January and then it had stopped. One of the workers being Greaham (I know that the spelling wasn’t traditionally spelt) . I called Hyde to find out when the heating engineer was coming to finish fixing the heating. I was told that they were waiting for the parts. They came back in February on 2 occasions , they gave me 2 heaters and said that the parts were not yet come and they went to do some repairs to the tank. The work had stopped, so I had to phone to find out if they were coming back to finish the heating. On the last occasion in April Greaham came with a different worker who didn’t wear a mask- he said he was exempt and said his exemption card was left at home, leading me to believe that he was a relative.After they left, I needed to clean up my bedroom and realised that my dead father’s coin container was left on a table- the container however was always under my bed. So then I knew things were missing. Other irreplaceable items were stolen by Greaham. Photos of my dead father, dead aunt, of myself and photos of my daughter when she was a baby. On top of it my qualification Certificates, birth and marriage certificate, nationalisation certificate. On top of that 40 large LP records and 10 small LP record. The photos and certificates were kept in a large protected envelope that has been put flat on top of the wardrobe, and the large records sat on top of the envelope with a plastic bag of red notes of £4000. It appears he stood on my nest table to reach it and the table is now wobbling.My Bank cards and account book were all kept into the chest of drawers, USA dollars that have been kept at the back of the chest of drawers with some CDs in front of it stuck to the back in the drawer are gone. I had 4 2012 Olympic Games Makers badges were kept in to a black wallet in the chest of drawers- he left one. My china plate was also stolen from my spare room- it was on the bed and covered by a bedsheet. I had also noticed their blood was on the side of the bed- it appears they had gone into the wardrobe that was far from any radiators/ boilers (there was a loose nail) and my daughter’s qualification certificates were also stolen. I know that it had to have been Greaham who stole my valuables and irreplaceable belongings because the workmen from T Brown were the only people who had come to my house because of COVID- my last visitors came in August 2020 and I had organised my things before the workers came, so I knew where everything was. I’m so distraught and sickened by everything that happened and feel so violated by these men going through my personal belongings and ransacking by house. I’ll be taking legal action for this as this has ruined me.UPDATE 10/8/21: T Brown are aware of this situation and NEVER replied back to meUPDATE 14/8/21: I have sent an email as requested by Allie and I await T Brown's responseUpdate: 7/9/21- no reply whatsoever from T Brown- please avoid them at all costs
