Heating broke down on 4th of November. T brown sent someone to fix it. It broke down again on 6th November no heating or hot water. 8th November they said heating system needs flushing and that an engineer would attend on 16th Nov. No one showed up, no text message, voicemail or email. Was told no one could come out until 1st of December. I rang on 30 nov to see whether they were coming in morning or afternoon they said I wasn’t booked in for that date (though Peabody had it on their system) they said someone would attend today (3rd December) between 8-1 had a missed call about 10am they let the ring about 3 times. I got through to them and was told someone would definitely be there today but it could be up to 8pm tonight. They rang again at half past 12 and said the engineer is ill and have rebooked for 8th of December! I’m in my 60’s, I suffer from copd, fibromyalgia and anxiety and I’m still without heating and hot water. Disgusting customer service. What an awful, awful company. If possible avoid at all cost!
