The bike tent I purchased was not suitable for its intended use. The first design flaw is the ventilation flap at the back, which allowed water to seep in. However, the more critical issue is the nearly flat roof of the tent, causing water to accumulate on top. This led to the tent poles bending. It was a complete waste of money. By the time I set up the tent and noticed the problem after it rained, I had already missed the return window, and my complaint was ignored by the company.
