The bike tent I purchased was not suitable for its intended use. The first major flaw is the ventilation flap at the back, which allowed water to seep in. However, the more critical issue is the nearly flat roof design, which causes water to accumulate on top. This led to the tent poles bending. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. By the time I set up the tent and noticed the problem after some rain, I had already missed the return period, and the support team did not address my complaint.
