Pre ordered an Etb early January for a set that released on the 20th of September. It never arrived , I sent them an email and the person responded saying they’ll give me a refund because they never planned on sending it and was waiting for me to message them to inquire about it ? They realized they can charge almost double what I paid for it so instead of sending me what I ordered they just waited until I waited long enough and messsged them. Then they said that they weren’t sending it and I’ll have a refund in 3-5 business days. Very selfish and unethical way of doing business , don’t trust this company .
