Called me 1 hour before delivery 4 days late! I sat at home for two days waiting. No call, no email, nothing. I was at work scrambling to get a neighbor to accept the bike. Best part. You need to pay the driver or he won't drop off the bike. LOL! 4 days late and now I'm busy at work. Can your neighbor pay us? Lol. Can you cash app. I don't keep that data on my phone. I said come back tomorrow morning. Sorry that doesn't work for them. 4 days late with no communication calls up and days we need $800 right now to get your bike.They agree to drop off the bike (they didn't want to wait until the next day) but I have to promise to pay them by 1pm. They will send me the zelle account. Of course they didn't send the account. I had to contact them to actually pay them for terrible service. They said sorry.I didn't care that it was late I wasn't going to use it right away. I cared that I had to sit around for two days waiting with no zero communication. I cared that I was at work and had to find a neighbor to accept the bike. I was angry that I had to track them down to pay them.I would never use TCI againNever
