Hi TCL does not pay out your winning be waiting since 15/3/2026 for $822 payout they payed $80 n the other part of the payment was pending n I will have to wait 1'to 3 business day which I did but no payout so I contacted them and was told to get a copy of my bank statement in pdf I did they told I have to get a updated statement which I did about 5 time and they just keep saying the same thing still no payout very disappointed
