If only I had read these reviews before buying my 2024 vehicle. I totally agree with everyone giving a poor review for this financial institution. If I could give zero stars or negative I would. They were the company my dealer (One of the USA’s big three) on top of it. I will be reviewing them next. This company is next to impossible to communicate with, it’s their terms only. Submitted payoff to them online and it was kicked back because my bank account # was incorrect so they said. No they had the account correct but left off the last number, character. They did it because their own website would not accept the info until ALL characters were entered meaning the correct amount. The customer service rep was secretive, couldn’t give their name, my payoff or who the supervisor was. No email address was given. Run away from this company!
