Not many recruitment agencies offer an experience you get when working with Teach Now.I have worked closely with Teach Now for over a year now to help get participants that I work with back into employment.Whilst collaborating with teach now, we have constant calls to review how our collaboration is going and we discuss if there is anything more that can be done to enhance the experience received by our participants.Many of of participants can not commit to full time work, Hollie brought forward the idea of split shifts where 2 participants can share the same 5 day week allowing part time work for both participants.Small tweaks like this allow Teach Now to provide a more tailored service to their customers and also supports those looking for working opportunities also. I am happy to have the opportunity to work with an agency that put people first.
