If I could give zero I would. This has been the worst experience I have had with an agency. They don't care about their agency workers only about making money. They have sent me into bad working conditions, where the health and safety is poor. When I flagged it I was ignored. Finding out if you have work and where is usually last minute, which is difficult when planning your week. The way they speak to you is snappy, lacking emotion and to the point. The pay is lower than advertised and you have to pay for your own DBS, which I had not experienced before. They also did not pay me for the numerous days worked. If you sign up make sure to check that this isn't the case. After all of this, my issues were never addressed and they continued to call and try to get me to do more work despite leaving. I understand agencies are fast-paced, but there should still be a level of respect and care towards those who are on their books for work. It comes across as exploitative when they have an extremely long process to get into their books and it's an awful experience once you're there. I regret signing up, as I believe there are much better agencies available, but I hope others do not experience what I did.
